1. Bookings are accepted only for the party named, and are not transferable.
2. No pets allowed.
3. Smoking is not permitted inside the caravan at any time.
4. Persons under 18 years only by special arrangement.
5. No single sex groups unless agreed by the owners.
6. The number of persons including children must not exceed six.
7. The caravan is to be left clean and tidy.
8. Priority is given to full week bookings, but we will consider any request for any number of nights (minimum of two nights). Therefore, bookings less than one full week will be provisional and only confirmed four weeks prior to the booking date. A £30 deposit will still be required. If we do not receive a full week booking before this four week period, then your short break will be confirmed. If we do receive a full week booking we will contact you immediately and return your deposit.
Payment
9. A deposit of £30 for caravan hire, is payable within one week of the provisional booking and is non-refundable. The balance of the holiday is due 28 days before commencement. If payment is not received by specified times the owners reserve the right to reallocate the caravan.
10. All holidays cancelled 28 days or less before the commencement date remain liable for full payment, at the discretion of the owners.
Liability
11. The safety of children is at the parent/carer’s own risk. Please Note: The caravan is situated in close
proximity to both fishing and boating lakes.
12. The owners are absolved from all liability for accidents to persons hiring the caravan and their guests and from any responsibility for loss or damage to their personal property.
Insurance
13. The owners strongly recommend that you take out
Holiday Insurance to cover accidents, losses and
cancellations etc.
14. Damages/breakages must be reported to the
owners immediately. This ensures that the caravan
is equipped for the next customer.
